# What is a campaign window
This is the period in which your campaign will run and Royal Mail will deliver your item through the letterbox. We will endeavor to meet all your requirements. However, from time to time a sector may not be available for your chosen week. This could be due to numerous factors such as a fully booked sector. In this instance, we will look to hold availability for the following week (week 2)
